Cancellations or No Shows

  • Appointment is not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours advance notice | $10

  • No-Show | $20

Additional Costs

  • Printing, copies, and/or scanning | .25 cents per page

  • Providing a witness | $30 per witness

  • Mileage | $0.725 cents per mile (standard 2026 rate)

  • Notarizing additional copies of the same document | $10 per copy

  • After-hours and weekend appointments | additional $20

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your scheduled time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $10 rescheduling fee.

No Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will incur a $20 cancellation fee. Please note that clients who are more than ten (10) minutes late for their scheduled appointment without having provided adequate notice will be charged a $5 late fee.
